1General Introduction

tkegm is an online gaming platform that provides cricket betting, live casino, slot games and other gaming services for users in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between tkegm ("we", "our", "platform") and the user ("you", "member").

Welcome Bonus:

• 200% bonus on the first deposit up to a maximum of ৳20,000.
• Wagering requirement for the bonus is 15 times (15x of bonus + deposit amount).
• If the wagering requirement is not completed within the specified time after activating the bonus, the bonus will be cancelled.

General Bonus Terms:

• A bonus may be claimed only once per household, IP address or device.
• The deposit amount and bonus cannot be withdrawn until the bonus wagering requirement has been completed.
• tkegm reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any bonus offer.
• If bonus abuse (bonus hunting, arbitrage betting) is detected, the bonus and associated winnings will be forfeited.

6Gaming Rules

The following rules must be followed when playing games on the tkegm platform:

• Each game has its own rules. It is recommended to read those rules before playing.
• Betting limits (minimum and maximum) are set separately for each game or event.
• If a betting session is disrupted due to a technical error or loss of connection, tkegm's decision will be considered final.
• If a game result contains a technical error, the related bet will be declared void and the stake will be refunded.
• In sports betting — particularly cricket, football and other events — tkegm reserves the right to suspend markets under adverse circumstances.
• In live casino games, decisions made by the dealer or software are final.

Betting history and game results are stored securely on tkegm's servers. In the event of any dispute, tkegm's server log data will be considered the final proof.

7Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the tkegm platform:

• Fraudulent activities, such as using bots, automated software or any other unauthorized method.
• Using the platform for money laundering or as a source of illegal funds.
• Creating multiple accounts or reclaiming bonuses through family members' accounts.
• Attempting to infiltrate or modify the game system or software.

• Match fixing or placing bets based on insider information.

8Intellectual Property

All content published on the tkegm platform — such as logos, graphics, text, software, databases, game designs and brand elements — is the intellectual property of tkegm or the licensed property of the respective content providers.

Users may use the platform for personal and non-commercial purposes. However, the following actions are prohibited without prior written consent from tkegm:

• Reusing or distributing tkegm content for commercial purposes.
• Imitating or modifying tkegm's logos, trademarks or brand elements.
• Analysing the platform's software or technology through reverse engineering.

9Limitation of Liability

tkegm is committed to providing service as a safe and reliable platform. However, tkegm will not be held liable in the following circumstances:

• Losses caused by internet disconnection or technical problems with the user's device.
• Service being temporarily unavailable during unexpected maintenance or updates.
• Problems arising from a third-party payment provider's system failure.
• Any loss resulting from a user failing to maintain the security of their own account.
• Force majeure events such as natural disasters, government restrictions or cyberattacks.

In any circumstance, tkegm's maximum liability will be limited to the amount of the transaction related to the loss in question.

10Account Suspension and Termination

tkegm may temporarily or permanently suspend an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these terms and conditions.
• Suspicion of fraud, forgery or illegal activities.
• Failure to provide identity verification documents within the specified time.
• Account inactive for an extended period (12 months or more).
• Court order or instruction from a regulatory authority.

Users may also close their own account at any time. It is recommended to withdraw all withdrawable funds before closing the account. Unearned bonuses will be cancelled upon account closure.
